Honest pricing, no theater.
No invented tiers, no fake "most popular" badge. Start on early-access terms we set together — and a public rate card when we've earned one.
- The full platform — data, audiences, journeys, messaging, and forms
- Managed cloud, or the data plane in your own VPC (one Helm chart)
- A direct line to the founders — the people who wrote the code answer the tickets
- Real influence on the roadmap while it's still soft
- Real workloads — your actual lifecycle, not a sandbox demo
- Honest feedback, especially when something isn't good enough yet
- Patience where we're still earning it: SOC 2 Type II is in progress, not framed on the wall
- A reference conversation if — and only if — we earn it
Fair questions.
When will public pricing exist?
When we have enough production usage to price honestly. Until then, early-access terms are simple and set together — no surprise invoices.
Can we run it in our own cloud?
Yes. The data plane installs into your EKS, GKE, or AKS cluster from one Helm chart, and phones home over an outbound-only tunnel. Your events never leave your network.
Where are you on compliance?
SOC 2 Type II is in progress. A HIPAA BAA is available, and a GDPR DPA is ready to sign. We'll never claim a certification before the auditor does.
We're on Segment / Braze today. Migration?
The SDK follows the same event semantics you already use, so instrumentation carries over. We plan migrations together as part of design-partner onboarding.
Let's set terms like adults.
