A first visit becomes a member without a clipboard — welcome, new members' class, cell placement. District, branch, daughter church, cell and home fellowship nest as deeply as your church nests, and ministries cut across all of it, by age, location or vocation. Move someone between groups and every list follows.
The visit that actually happens
Cell leads mark who was there from a phone on Sunday evening — no kiosk, no check-in nobody does twice. When a member hasn't been seen in a while, it's their own leader who hears about it first, so what follows is a call from someone who knows them rather than a line in a report.
Nobody's birthday gets missed
Birthdays, weddings and anniversaries, child dedications, graduations. The ones that use a standard card go out on their own; the ones that need designing become a task for whoever designs them, with a nudge the day before and another if it still hasn't gone out.
Who's on, and what it added up to
Ushering, choir, media, follow-up calls — each with an owner and a closing state. Access sits with the position rather than the person, so authority moves when leadership rotates. And the district gets attendance and growth per cell, rolled up the way your structure nests.

Nobody will install an app to hear about Sunday. Email and SMS send directly. WhatsApp — where your church already lives — works in a particular way, and it is better said now than after you have signed.
Origamy writes the message with the right names and details filled in and hands it to a group admin: one tap to post, and the platform records that it went out. Leaders also get their own lane, with assignments and reminders kept separate from anything members see.
WhatsApp's official API cannot post into a group it did not create, and caps the groups it does create at a handful of people. Any tool promising to blast your existing 300-member group is driving WhatsApp Web unofficially and risking a ban on your church's main number. We will not build that.

Counselling requests and benevolence are not campaigns. They stay with one named person, open until they are properly closed, and visible only to the office that should see them.
Needs pass through a welfare officer rather than being matched automatically to a giver. In a congregation of four hundred, "a young mother in Ketu who needs school fees" identifies someone even with the name removed. Anything marked private stays out of the AI, out of the reports, and out of any export nobody asked for.
